Drips of Dharma nectar gradually imbue mind;
Inconspicuous conversion relies on familiarity.
In appreciation of opportunity I reply carefully,
With deep wishes that all inquirers will mature.

Comments:

This indication of calming one's mind to help cure illness through reception of Buddha's blessings was written for a Dharma friend, Miss Cheng, who is suffering in sickness. As to the method for pacifying the mind there is none other more practical than to concentrate on repeating in silence a holy epithet of Buddha.
