Away from Self

Yutang Lin

Mind without grudges, away from self-set limits;
Prejudices all washed clean, no disputes will rise.
Let others act as they like, cease anxious concern.
Original purity prevails, Dharmadhatu in oneness.

Comment:

Whatever known is too limited; judgements are infested with errors. Prejudices only barricade their keepers, yielding conflicts that could have been prevented. Demanding brings no end to distresses; pleasing renders only superficial satisfaction. Away from self in reunion with original purity; tranquil clarity is naturally at ease. Once Dharmadhatu is in oneness, inspirational responses are inconceivable.
