如何表達祈禱

Below is my reply to a question raised by Tara Nancy. I think in this reply I had expressed my idea well.
以下是我對度母南茜所提出的問題的回覆。我認為在這回覆中，我已恰切地表達出我的理念。

TN：So, My Guru,
When I read of the miracles that also come to others like myself, I smile, being blessed to know you and support you in any way I can.
度母南茜：
哦！我的上師，
當我讀到那些發生在別人正如在我身的奇蹟時，我微笑，慶幸能夠認識您，並且願意以任何我所能來護持您。

When I read the prayer instructions, how is it best to word my prayer when a situation has come up for one person, and my lesson here is to not limit it to one person?
在我讀到關於祈禱的教授，當某人遭遇某個情況時，如何表達我的祈禱才是最好? 而我在此要練習的是不要僅限於某一個人?

Dr Lin：The key point is to let go of the idea that because this is someone special to you or of some special significance that you need to make extra effort or pray harder. Just realize that it is the universal situation, and our prayer for any one is actually an expression of a continuous and never ending prayer for all.
林博士：重點是放下這種想法：因為這個人對我是很特別或者是有什麼特別的意義，所以我需要額外的努力或更用心的為此祈禱。只要了解這是到處都是的境遇，而我們為任何一位的祈禱其實是為所有有情持續且永無止境的祈禱的一項表達。
