本來清淨瑜伽士，雙運妙化蓮華生，
空樂大喜無等倫，願祈師壽恆駐世！

記獻長壽祈請文的殊勝緣起

茶桶空行

余於二○○三年九月八日於機場接機時，初見恩師，隨後因完成韋馱菩薩貼金工作（九月十日）後，當日即得由韋馱菩薩親自帶領至師處領加持之夢。十五日，蒙師慈允正式行師禮而成弟子。一日後，余覺應向師求其心咒，師謂來日授之，不久，余於專注持　祖師咒時，感得慈師之聖號－金剛蓮華佛及心咒，稟白於師，師甚喜乃於十七日正式口傳其心咒並囑余當善持之。

余持師心咒不久，即感當向師請求駐世長壽文，乃求師賜之。師告可先自獻之，余筆禿甚惶恐，乃誠祈於　陳祖師，求彼加持，不久即感得全文，即刻電郵呈示於師，師大喜，謂無需改一字乃授余持之。余甚健忘，今蒙護法加被，令余得以記起，以誌聖恩，以導有緣，乃為記。

Disciples Detong and Zhi Xuan requested me to do calligraphy for the attached praises by disciples.
弟子茶桶和智宣都要求我書寫附呈由弟子所寫的讚頌。

I asked Disciple Wang Hao to do the calligraphy. He spent days practicing them and came up with the attached files.
我請弟子王浩書寫。他花了幾天練習後提供了附呈的檔案。

They will be included in the book Yu Tang You Yong as appendices because that book is a collection of my poems in my calligraphy.
這些都將列入《浴塘游詠》一書的附錄中，因為那本書是輯錄拙詩作的翰墨。

Oh, originally pure yogi you are!
Wonderful conversion through Ewam as the Lotus-born Guru;
The great joy in Sunyata is peerless,
May the Holy Guru live long and abide in this world!
