信或不信因人異，行與不行皆在己；
已知佛恩普申勸，奈何福緣難具足。

Fortunate Connection　Yutang Lin

Believe it or not, the matter varies with people;
Carry on or not, it is up to one's own choosing.
Realizing the benefits of Dharma, try to tell all;
Alas! Fortunate connection is difficult to fulfill.

Comments:

The first pass is whether to believe and accept the teachings of Dharma or not. Then comes the second one that is the choice of whether to practice accordingly or not. Propagation of the Dharma is universally equal to all so as to help all sentient beings. However, only those with fortunate connection complete will be benefited.
