Respect　Yutang Lin

Others' intentions carefully observed,
Not to force one's will under excuses.
Friction and conflicts could not arise.
Stay open and content to enjoy peace.

Comment:

To practice selflessness in daily life one should pay attention to learning how to respect others' intentions. One should not make excuses to force one's will upon others. One should not bully nor humiliate others who are under disadvantaged conditions, nor to act without regard for their rights and benefits. One should make a sincere effort to cultivate an open mind that maintains equality, honesty and respect in dealing with others.
