九月一日九點多，我一入睡就看見自身在岡仁波齊領域；聖山主峰是整體從地面以上都是透明的，表面很薄而光滑，裡面什麼都沒有；我直覺是活的。所以，在〈感應領教〉裡，我報導說，是透明的靈體。「岡仁波齊」是藏名，意為「珍寶雪山」或「雪山尊者」——可能就是透露實際上是靈體的訊息。〈轉山紀行〉的作者看了，就回電郵說，聖山的梵文名字Kailash，意即「大水晶山」，可能就是這個緣故。我想，一定是古德有過類似的感應，纔會有此名號流傳至今。

弟子心淨讀了〈感應領教〉就發心要將我感應所見之聖山作成油畫供眾。他電郵問我細節，我回覆幾次，將思及的細節說明了。他就開始作畫；在過程中他有這樣的經歷：「我在畫岡仁波齊的陰影的時候，頭部稍微發痛，但是陰影部分畫完之後，頭痛就好了。在畫其他部分的時候，內心也產生一些幻象，想到很多別的事情，不能專注，但是畫完以後，所有的問題都沒有了。」我回電郵說明：「那是在做法務時，業障現前來干擾，然後聖山就加持，將之淨除。」

昨晚他傳來完成的圖檔。今晨我附加以上的說明，讓大家更能領略此作的意義。祈願大水晶聖山加持一切眾生早日成佛！

On September 1st after 9 p.m., as soon as I fell asleep, I saw myself in the realm of Mount Kailash; the main body of the holy mount was, from the ground up, all transparent, with very thin and smooth surface, and inside there was nothing; I intuitively sense that it is alive. And hence, in my work, “Learned through Inspiration”, I reported that, “the whole holy mountain is a transparent spiritual body, and alive.” The Tibetan epithet for the holy mount is “Gong Rin-po-che”, meaning “precious snow mount” or “snow mount, the precious one”—possibly revealing the information that the mount is a spiritual body in this way. After having read my work above, the author of the “Report on Circumambulation” responded through an email and indicated that the Sanskrit name of the holy mount is “Mount Kailash”, meaning “Mount Great Crystal” —and it is possible that the name was due to such inspiration. I think it must be the case that some ancient virtuous ones had had similar inspiration, and therefore such an epithet would pass down to nowadays.

Disciple Xin Jing (Mind Pure), having read “Learned through Inspiration”, developed the intention to render the holy mount I saw into an oil painting for all to share. He emailed me for details, and I responded several times to describe all the details that I could think of. Then, he started to work on the painting; during the process he experienced that, “when I was painting the shade of Gong Rin-po-che, my head started to feel slight pain, and yet after I finished painting this area, the headache was gone. As I was painting other areas, there were illusions occurring in my mind, and I was distracted by thoughts on many other matters. However, after the painting was accomplished, all the thoughts faded away.” I explained in my responding email as follows: “When you were engaged in Dharma activities, your karmic hindrances appeared to interfere, but then the holy mount blessed you and eliminated the hindrances.”

Last night he sent me the image file on his completed painting. This morning I added the explanations above so that all may appreciate more the significance of this artwork. May Mount Great Crystal bless all sentient beings to attain full enlightenment sooner!
