這幅觀音十字繡像是大陸一位弟子的家人為了表達感念佛恩而親繡的。

在面臨難關時，雖然已經盡力彌補，仍然處於將陷困境的局面，並且無從以自己單方面的努力來改良情況。然而，完全出乎意外地，竟然難關獲得消弭，可以安然渡過。

他們深深體會佛力加被之不可思議，因而自動發心要繡觀音聖像以示感恩，傳來數張圖樣請我代擇；我選了這一張。經過數月的努力，終於完成。他們在遭遇難關時曾請我代禱，就將此像供我，以表謝忱。

This cross-stitch image of Guan Yin was made by a family member of a disciple in China to express their gratitude for Buddha′s blessing.

When they faced a difficult situation, even though they had already made every effort to amend it, they were still facing the prospect of being trapped in siege, and there was no way that they could improve the situation through their own endeavours. Nevertheless, totally unexpectedly, the difficult situation transformed into no hindrance, and they attained safe passage through the matter.

They deeply realized the inconceivable power of Buddha′s blessing, and hence voluntarily wished to work on a cross-stitch image of Guan Yin to express their gratitude. They sent several image files for me to choose one for this project, and I chose this one. After several months′ diligent embroidering the holy image was completed. When they faced the difficult situation, they asked me to pray to Buddha on their behalf; now they offer the holy image to me as expression of thanks.
