惡意舉止起禍端，敵對報復循環演；
早悟難纏息妄念，護持善心保平安。

行止出乎一絲惡念，即可能引來意想不到的種種循環敵對的結果。若能早點看穿惡業循環糾纏之可怕及難以了結，則當守護善心、保持淨念，以期享有平安的生活。

Cycle of Evil Karma　Yutang Lin

Behaviors out of evil intentions would lead to miseries;
Retaliations born of animosity would continue to cycle.
Awake early to such entanglements and cease delusion;
Guard and maintain good intents to secure peaceful life.

Comment:

Behaviors that arise from one thread of evil intent could lead to all sorts of antagonistic reactions in cycles beyond imagination. If one could see through earlier the terrible consequences of such entanglements and the difficulty of ending such cycles, then one should guard and maintain good intentions, keep pure thoughts, so that one could enjoy living in peace.
