十指轉球動全身,同理運趾舒筋脈;
臥病小操活氣血,失眠得鬆易安恬。

健身球之運轉,看似動在手指,實則牽引全身。同理,伸縮、轉動十趾,亦可舒鬆筋脈,活暢氣血。久坐、臥病或失眠皆可藉此小操,速得安適。指趾並運,更佳。

Exercising Toes Yutang Lin

Ten fingers rotating balls move the whole body;
Similarly relaxing tension by exercising all toes.
It helps bed-ridden persons improve circulation.
Sleeplessness converted to sound asleep in ease.

Comment:

Playing with Health Balls seems to be just an exercise of fingers, and yet, in fact, the whole body is affected. Similarly, bending, stretching and turning toes can help improve circulation and release tension in the body. During long sittings, bed-ridden times, or sleepless nights one can use this gentle exercise of small movements to gain ease in short time. Exercising fingers and toes simultaneously would yield even better results.
